How do I log in to CME Portal?  

Click on the Sign In option in the navigation bar and enter your email and password.

Returning Users: If you have previously received credits from CloudCME® and if you are accessing this new portal very first time, please click Forgot Your Password, and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to set up your password. 

If you think you have previously attended a CloudCME® CME event (RSS or otherwise) but do not remember your remember your username, please contact us immediately at xxx.xxx.xxxx and we will help you locate your existing profile. 

New User: If you do not have an account with us or if you have never received CME credit from CloudCME® CME, click on Sign up Now red button on the home page to create new user account in our system.

Forgot Password:  Please click Forgot Your Password under Sign In option and enter your email address to retrieve your password.

Locked out of the CME portal:  After a certain number of failed attempts to login, your account will be locked.  CME staff can unlock your account for you.  Please call us at xxx.xxx.xxxx for assistance.

 

How do I update My Profile or change my password?

Click Sign In to log in to the Portal using your email and password. Once you are logged in, click on the My CME button and select Profile option to access your profile. You can change your email, contact information and other details.

Change my password: Click on Reset My Password button on the Profile page to set up a new password. Alternatively, you can use Forgot Your Password option to reset your password.

 

How do I access my transcript & certificates?

Once you are logged into the CloudCME® Portal, click on My CME button in the navigation bar and select Transcript icon. Select a date range for the transcript records you wish to access by entering in a Start and End Date. You can email or download your transcript. By default, the start date for the transcript report is 1/1/2010 and end date is today’s date.

Transcripts can be downloaded or emailed using the buttons that appear above the transcript report.

If you feel your CME transcript is incomplete or missing credits, please send us an email or call us at xxx.xxx.xxxx.  Please be sure to check your transcript on regular basis to ensure your credits are getting recorded in our system. 

Credits for externally managed activities may not be available immediately. Credits claimed using the text-based process show up immediately text if there was no evaluation associated with the activity.

Certificates for Conferences and Workshops are available for approximately 6 weeks following the course date.  Once logged into the CME Portal, click ‘Evaluations & Certificates’ in the ‘My CME’ section to view, print, or email a certificate. Credit will continue to show up on the Transcript after the certificate becomes unavailable.

 

How do I access my registrations and receipts?

Once you are logged into the CloudCME Portal, click on My CME button in the navigation bar and select Registrations & Receipts option to view all the activities you have registered for.

For activities with payments, click the Receipt button to view receipt details for including payment information. Receipts can be emailed; enter the email address where you wish to email your receipt and click the Send button.

 

How to check-in using SMS texting or using CloudCME® mobile app?

Via text message: A unique activity code will be distributed at the start of the activity.

If this is the first time you are texting your attendance, you must first pair your mobile number to your account by texting your registered email address in our system to xxx.xxx.xxxx. You will receive a text notification indicating your phone number has been updated.

Once your account is paired to your mobile number and you have obtained the event code, send the activity code via text to xxx.xxx.xxxx. For Live Stream activities, attendees will receive a code via email.

Please note: Attendance can only be recorded 1 hour prior to the activity start time, during the activity and up to 1 hour after the activity closes.

Via mobile app: In your browser search CloudCME® check in or CloudCME® mobile app and download to your Apple or Android device(s)  to access the Check-in menu and scan a QR code.

CloudCME® app also features mobile access to your transcripts, calendar of events, and many other exciting features.
